These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online shop.

They apply to consumers and business customers unless otherwise stated.

A consumer is a natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A business customer is a natural or legal person acting in the course of commercial or professional activity.

We sell cosmetic and personal care products, including SAI / German Care products, kits, creams, deodorants, shampoos, sun protection products, and related care items.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor differences in packaging, color, label design, or appearance may occur due to production, screen settings, or product updates.

Our products are cosmetic and personal care products. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers must read the product information, ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings before use.

Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

A purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, or by shipping the goods.

We reserve the right to reject orders where:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment is not completed
• Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed
• Delivery is not possible
• There is suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized resale
• Legal or regulatory restrictions apply

All prices are shown in euros.

For consumer orders within Germany and the EU, prices are shown including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges are shown or explained before checkout where applicable.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

We may restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, delivery country, fraud risk, or technical availability.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy and Withdrawal Policy / Withdrawal Form, where available.

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, such as expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, usage limits, or country restrictions.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by mandatory law.

If customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for keeping login details secure.

We may suspend or close accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, products are sold for personal use only.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, parallel export, marketplace arbitrage, or commercial distribution.

All content on the website, including product names, brand names, texts, images, logos, designs, graphics, product concepts, and layout, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Use, reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and liability under mandatory product liability law.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, customs delays, supply-chain interruptions, energy failures, cyberattacks, governmental measures, or carrier delays.

If customers submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content, they must ensure that the content is lawful, truthful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, abusive, or promotional.

The European Commission previously provided an online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes. Please verify the current status and required wording before publishing.

Suggested German-style wording: We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where legally permissible.

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable at the time of the order applies.
