Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany: Yes
  • European Union: Yes
  • Outside the European Union: Yes

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain countries, regions, islands, military addresses, PO boxes, or locations where delivery is not commercially or legally possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within [1–3] business days after receipt of full payment.

Processing times may be longer during public holidays, high-demand periods, product launches, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany: [1–3] business days
  • European Union: [3–7] business days
  • Outside the EU: [7–21] business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown clearly before checkout and depend on the delivery destination, order value, parcel size, weight, and selected shipping method.

The customer must review and accept the total order amount, including shipping costs, before placing the order.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, incomplete, unavailable, or because the customer refused or failed to accept delivery, we may charge the customer for any additional shipping, return, storage, or re-delivery costs.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, refused, or could not be delivered, we may deduct the actual shipping and return costs from any refund, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If the customer requests re-delivery, additional shipping costs may apply.

Risk of Loss or Damage

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

For business customers, the risk may pass to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer should, where possible, document the damage with photographs and inform us immediately at: info@german-care.com

This does not limit the customer's statutory warranty rights.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, clearance fees, or other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import checks, or local delivery restrictions.

Delivery Restrictions for Cosmetic Products

Some countries may restrict or regulate the import of cosmetic or personal care products. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be imported into the destination country, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Split Deliveries

We may deliver an order in multiple shipments if this is reasonable for the customer. Additional shipping charges will not apply unless clearly agreed before dispatch.
